3. Project Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, branding materials, login credentials, and other required information needed to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
4. Payments
Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may delay project delivery or temporarily pause ongoing work until outstanding payments are cleared.
All payments made are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Most projects include a limited number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal.
Requests beyond the agreed revision limit or changes outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receiving full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Hub Studio Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, stock images, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Review completed work promptly.
- Ensure they have legal rights to any content provided.
Hub Studio Digital is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from client-supplied content.
8. Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party platforms or services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, domain registrars, analytics tools, or external APIs.
We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, service interruptions, security issues, or policy updates made by these third-party providers.
9. Website Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable.

Likewise, clients agree not to disclose confidential business information belonging to Hub Studio Digital.
